I am looking to trade my MTD 535 (#34!!). It is made with a Burl top/swamp ash body/wenge fingerboard and neck. It has a beautiful gloss finish. It is in excellent condition (I am the second owner and the original owner babied it, I have too). It is all original.

I am only interested in a Sadowsky NYC PJ5, Dingwall Leland Sklar, James Tyler 5 , or Rickenbacker CS64 4001. Let me know if you are interested.

I have the 34 inch scale 4 string model of this bass. Same wenge tone plate. Prior to the 435 or 535 these were called Eclipse basses. What will you sell it for?

Exactly. I was first looking to trade but I hadn't thought of a price. If no trades, I would definitely sell it. How about $2850 shipped to the lower 48 states?

The only potential trade is a 4 string. I have a Smith BSR4 EG with rare morado top. It plays like butter but has a couple ding on the head stock.

sounds like a nice bass but my trade choices are limited to what i posted. An outright sale may be my best option. Thanks though

Came to my senses, grabbed gas by the horns, I would really regret letting go of this bass. I'm keeping it and will put a note in my case reminding me not to sell it. Addition is better without subtraction.
