Up for sale or trade is my Eastwood Classic 4 in Walnut. Got this on the bay about 3 months ago and has only been gigged twice. First thing that I did was take the cheesy plastic gold pickguard off. The pickguard is included and is in the case. There is a slight rattle in the neck pickup sometimes but is only heard occasionally when not plugged in. Its strung with a set of flats that came on it and there is another set in the case. Kept in smoke-free environment. Everything on the bass is 100% functional.
Here are the specs from the eastwood site:
Body: Bound Laminated Maple, Maple Top, Bound F-Holes
Pickups: Two EW-Retro Humbuckers
Controls: 2 Volume 1 Tone
Bridge: Wood Floating, Trapeze Tail
Neck: Bound Maple, SET neck
Finger Board: Rosewood, Dot Markers
Scale Length: 30 1/2"
Width at the Nut: 1 1/2"
Hardware: Gotoh style Style Nickel/Chrome
Its a great bass with an awesome sound but I dont play it enough so I'd like to see it go to a good home. It comes in a nice hard shell with some scuffs on it (the case, not the bass
). The case is super-plush and holds the bass tightly. There is some weird stickyness on the back of the headstock that will probably come off but I haven't tried. The only damage is on the back where the previous owner must have had some trouble replacing the strap button
and nicked the edge (pictured). More pictures by request.
