Had a trade lined up for the Black Sterling H later this month. However, the bathroom rehab that was priced out at $2000, has now turned into an additional $2000 worth of plumbing repairs!! Plus, I can't get the wife to cancel our vacation next week either. That's what I get for buying a house built in the 1920's.
