FT Feeler - 08 Am. Fender + MTD

After much thought, I'm ready to part with my 2 most expensive basses: my 2008 Fender American Standard Jazz (candy cola/maple) and my MTD Artist 4 (cherry).

The Fender was purchased in August through The Perfect Bass, weighs in around 9 lbs, and is in pretty good condition. A few light surface scratches, but nothing major. Best neck I've ever played on any bass, period, with tone to match

The MTD was ordered a few weeks ago (again, from TPB) based on its weight (7.3 lbs ) and grain (perfectly matched ) and is practically new - never left the house.

Both are wonderful basses, but I'm not using them as they should be used. The Fender is too expensive for me to feel comfortable using as a main bass, gigging everywhere and getting it dinged up, and the MTD has a treble presence in a band mix that just doesn't work for my current projects.

So I've come back to the basics - simple, straightforward, Precision tone. Naturally, that's what I'm looking for in a trade.

If you've got anything P/PJ and passive in a P shape (G&L SB-2, Fender P/PJ, Franken P anything along those lines) that you're willing to trade for one of these, let me know. I'd like to keep it to just trades for now.

Pics coming later tonight/maybe tomorrow.

EDIT: Sorry for the confusion...looking for P shape only.
