Possibly up for trade is my 97 Fender American Deluxe 5-string jazz bass.

It is in excellent condition. If you didn't know the age of the bass, you'd think it was brand new!

I'm looking for the following:

Ampeg Flip-top
Ampeg V4BH + cab
Possibly a LMII rig + cab
Mesa Venture
Possibly Mesa Walkabout scout
Comparable MIA Fender p-bass
??? Whatever else you might have

Would sell it outright for $950 shipped in a hardshell case.

Thanks for looking!

-Mark

...that was a standard feature for this model/time!
Later on the PUs were "improved" to Fender "noiseless" PUs.

Just using pics from Mr Matt because they are better than
mine. I am the owner and has had a recent set-up and
strung with a fresh set of 45-100 super slinkys.
And It plays as well as it looks, and is in excellent condtition for being a 15 year old.
