FS: 2003 Warwick Corvette Rockbass Fretless 5 String
 

Don't let the Rockbass name fool you; this is an awesome fretless bass. It is a 2003 model with the one piece bridge, but it is one of the good ones!!! I have owned it now for probably 5 or 6 years (2nd owner), so that says a lot about how good it is. I have gotten rid of probably 20 basses or more and this one got to hang around with my other keepers!!
Active MEC pickups; huge tone and great fretless sound. I don't know what Warwick calls the color, but I would call it Cream or Antique White. A beautiful bass to look at and play . Nice smooth action and neck. The neck is maple and the fretboard could be Ebony (not sure, I am gonna look it up).

What is the string spacing on this?

I am ashamed to say that I don't exactly know how to check string spacing, but I do know the width of the nut is exactly 44mm when I measured it, and I THINK the string spacing is 16.5 to 17mm if I measured correctly. If anybody has more info. or any questions or help, please feel free to chime in!!!

Yes it is active!!! Massive sounding at that!!

PM answered..... bass is showing 8 pounds on my bathroom scale (not digital) so I would put it between 8-9 pounds. Much lighter than my German made Warwicks. No neckdive. Huge sounding bass!!
