FT Feeler - 2004 Fender American Deluxe Precision 5 String Trans Teal

I am only interested in:
Black
5 string
34" scale (no 35")
fretted
no warwicks
not looking to trade down, but may add $$ to make a deal fair.

I am specifically looking for a black EMBB Stingray 5 or a black Gibson Studio 5.

The only reason I'm looking to trade this is I have another one of these in black. This bass is a monster. Easy to play and with a few twists of the knobs can be tweaked to fit with just about any style of music. It is extraordinarily versatile. It is currently set up beautifully and ready to be played right out of the box.

The pictures will try to show a little ding on the body and two light scratches on the back of the body. Neither are very significant. The headstock shows a little wear, but again nothing too meaningful. I point these out in full disclosure of the condition. Otherwise the bass is fantastic with no disappointments. The outside of the case well worn. The inside is as new.

I would have the perfect Warwick for you - a custom shop black/gold Streamer $$. But you say "no Warwicks"!
What is the reason?

Those basses smoke. If I had suitable traidbait, I would certainly send you a PM.

I owned a Corvette briefly and sold it as it didn't feel or sit right with me. It seemed neck long and neck heavy. I then played a Thumb NT for a few hours and it just didn't sit right in my hands either. I figure I'm just not built for Warwicks. Nice basses though.

Total bummer, I was trying to sell my Gibson Studio 5 string, in Ebony, just 6 short weeks ago. Ended up trading for a 6 string guitar. I would've much preferred this fantastic bass here. Damn the luck. Well, good luck to you.

You were trying to sell it on TB? I must have missed that. Get that bass back. Just tell him you feel bad for screwing him on the deal and the only fair thing to do is trade back with each other so you can look yourself in the mirror again.
