I've played a few MIJ in my days! Plus even on the interwebz they have wrap for being better than MIA's.

If I would get anything Gibson'esque I'd get a G3.... and I'd keep that one! :P

i tell you what these crappy pics do it ZERO justice. the finish is super thin, very old school and it have a very vintage appeal. when the light hits that CAR with the Pearloid Pg its an absolute stunner! almost looks too classy for the likes of me

E series Japanese Fenders are dope. They're the best ones in my opinion and experience. If I could justify it, this bass'd be mine.

the icing on the cake is totally the PG

yeah im REALLY on the fence on this one. depending on how the P im finishing building turns out as a player i just may yank the ad here. i appreciate the kind words. everything on these E series basses is typically the cream of the MIJ production crop. its really the best of the new style (at the time) and the traditional stuff made into a super fender. deeply slept on basses these are. this is just an amazing sounding and looking playing machine (and im not saying that just to be my own hype man)

every compliment post on here puts me one step closer to sucking up my Gibby GAS and keeping her.

a promised more pics...its blessing is its curse because no camera in the world can capture how thin the finish is and how deep it looks and it keeps coming out more orangy than it is. i assure you its super red.
