what i have is a two tone sunburst 50s reissue precision bass, upgraded with chrome covers dimarzio model p pickup also a professionally installed series/parallel switch. bass comes with the original pickup and a gig bag. I prefer the tone in series much beefier tone to it. This is a feeler not sure if i want to but i do prefer rosewood boards on my p bass. Currently strung with newer ti jazz flats but could easily swap for fender rounds or another set of flats such as chromes or perhaps a set of d'addario rounds. just to note when you take the bridge cover off theres a chip in the finish. also to note bass has had a fret level and dress has low action could go even lower without buzzing it plays like buttah.

p bass's- Rosewood board precisions mia, mij 62 reissue precisions, highway one precisions, american standard, mike dirnt p bass, 51 resissue precision sting reissue precision. i wouldn't be against a maple board mia p bass of some sort.
p/j bass's- hot rod precision, Aerodyne precision/jazz, precision specials, califonia series p/j's spector p/j'setc etc
Jazz bass's- Geddy lee, 70s reissue 75 reissue 62 reissue 60s reissue american standard mij etc etc i don't mind maple on jazz bass's. maybe even a jaguar but im kinda looking for something passive.
G&l- l2000, sb2, jb2 etc etc etc
american deluxe precision or jazz bass
id also take beat up mia precisions, jazz bass's, ernie ball musicman bass's etc doesn't have to be mint condition to me.
others: ernie ball musicman sub bass, Spector bass's, warwick bass's, lakland bass's.
