FT/FEELER: Galveston CLEAR, Solid Body, Jazz Bass - MINT!

Sign in to disble this ad
For Trade/Feeler: Galveston CLEAR, Solid Body, Right-Handed, Acrylic 4-String Jazz Bass - Rare & Excellent! A Real Head Turner!

Recently acquired, I used the bass at a local Band Showcase (1 of 9 bands) and this bass was "CLEARLY" (pun intended) the talk of the show!

This is not a cheap K-tone bass copy.
Galveston has been a leader in quality musical instruments for a over a decade and a half.

This is a Stunning Bass which has been very well maintained and cared for. Clear as Glass. Can't find a scratch!

Comes with a brand new Musicians Gear Gig bag.

This is a rare bass, so there are not too many out there, and even fewer in this condition!

The bass looks dynamite (a 10 out of 10 - like brand new!) and plays & feels as good, or better, than most Jazz basses costing a LOT more $$. Wait until you see how much attention you with this bass.

Simply a "Cool" bass, all around.

The bass has two single Jazz Pick-Ups & a Maple Jazz neck w/ a Mahogony Fret-board. Body like a J-bass, Neck like a P-bass.

More details:

· High Gloss Clear Body

· 1 Volume - 2 Tone Controls

· Adjustable Truss Rod & Bridge

· Smooth Nickel/Silver Frets

· Sealed Tuning Gears

· Position Dot Markers

· 24 Frets

· Scale Length: 34"

· Width at nut: 1 5/8"

The bass/Gigbag will be wrapped, packed and shipped, tightly and professionally.

Looking for a trade of @ equal value or some potential $$ in either direction.

If you have any questions, please let me know.

Thanks for looking. Enjoy!

I tried to capture the bass as best as possible in the photos. Still can't do it justice.

Thanks for the PMs with trade offers. Open to any trade offers. Nothing striking so far...

Many have asked about weight. Its not too heavy. Weighs about 10.5 lbs on my bathroom scale.

They cost about $480 new (bass only)...if you can even find a 4-string, right-handed one. This one is like-new w/gig bag.

Thanks!

Sorry, no. And I wouldn't want to embarrass myself by posting my skills here on TB. But it sounds like a deep Jazz bass. Lots of MoJo. Really is wonderful!

I Can See Clearly Now dept

I bought one of these back in 2002. They were all over FleaBay back then. Mine was a pretty nice bass. Very playable and the sound was alright.
Sadly I had to sell it for medical bills a few years later.

How much are you asking for yours?

Don't Eat The Yellow Snow dept...

No, mine was clear as well.
I had played a yellow one in a store but it was a putrid shade of yellow. So I ordered a clear one from FleaBay.
