FT Feeler Ibanez USATK Custom Model

Ok, so I'm based in Australia. If this scares you, stop reading now

I have a fantastic USATK that I received in an international trade with a TBer about two years ago. It really is immaculate and smokes any musicman I have played for tone. It's listed with pics and details in the international classifieds here -

FS Ibanez USATK with Tension Free Neck (Australia)

I'm honouring the fact that I got this beautiful bass by trading with someone overseas. I shipped my bass to Canada while the very good TBer shipped this to me. I'm interested in doing something similar again. This bass is too good to be a back up to my other basses.

I'm looking for a lakland skyline hollowbody, any other good hollowbody or possibly a nice Fender Reissue P bass. I'll add some cash or take cash to make the right deal. Open to other nice bass trades but I have the Jazz and Musicman areas covered. Fretted 4 strings only. PM me and lets see if we can work something out.

Thanks Tom. Much appreciated.

Still hoping for a decent hollowbody bass. Would love a Lakland Skyline.

Bump.

Thanks for the bumps. Also for the extra pictures Tom. I'm the worlds worst photographer!

I should explain why I am moving this bass on. I had my dream Stambaugh P/MM bass built and the ATK was originally meant to be a backup bass. Every time I play the ATK, I get a little twinge that tells me I should play it more. I love both basses and they are similar in build, woods and tone but the Stambaugh is pretty special and built to my specs.

I'm therefore after a hollowbody because it will be vastly different to my Stammie and used accordingly. If anyone is concerned about different bass values or shipping internationally, I'm happy to discuss. I've shipped a bunch of basses, I know what I want and I am willing to add cash to make a trade fair.

Starting to consider eBay. Would much rather see it go to a TBer. Factory made ATKs are great basses. This is basically a boutique ATK. I'll keep the thread open for another few days.

I've posted it for sale in Oz for $1000AUD which equals about $860US. I have had an offer lower than that. I understand a similar custom shop atk sold on here for $750US earlier this year.

$750US plus shipping it is.

Sadly, this is now on eBay. I've had some interest but it appears that the best thing to trade with on TB is cash. People seem much less worried about international shipping then
