FT Feeler - Lakland 44-01 for 55-01

I have a Lakland 44-01 Natural w/ Natural fretboard that I would like to trade for a 55-01. The 44-01 is in perfect shape and comes with a hard shell case. Below is a picture of the 44-01. I also have a pickguard for the 44-01 like is shown in the picture of the 55-01 below but the pickguard has not been installed.
