FT/FS Feeler Mike Lull M4V (Namm 2011) CAR w/ matching Headstock and Pearl blocks

I may have gone a little overboard buying basses in the last few months and I still have 2 more on the way...

I have thought about trading this twice since I got it and ultimately decided to keep it. I really love everything about the bass, except the color. Red just is not my thing.

This bass is special, and can be seen twice on Mike Lull's website (under custom builds and on the color page). The pics show it with a pearloid gaurd, but its currently wearing a mint green PG (I have both, actually I have a Tort guard too). It has the legit white tolex Mike Lull case and original certificate of ownership as well.

Specs:
Alder
Rosewood w/ Blocks
Fralins
Bartolini 2-band w/ Passive tone control
Hipshot everything.
8lbs on the nose.

Great, gallery of this bass here from Mike Lull's website: http://mikelull.com/site/instruments...allery-11.html

For trades, another boutique Jazz PJ, or killer vintage style P bass in a great color or something similar, I am a sucker for matching headstocks (might even consider similar 5 strings this time). Please no coffee table type basses, I am not really into that kind of stuff. Also, I am in no rush.

I've had a couple of inquiries about a cash sale, I would consider selling it outright for $2000.

PM me if interested and I will reply. Thanks for looking!

Here is a pic with the mint gaurd. Sorry about the bad photo, my girlfriend hates overhead lights so we just have lamps everywhere (it sucks). I can try to get some natural light pics up this weekend.

Thanks, the bass is killer. Literally the only thing that I do not like is the color. That reminds me... anyone want to trade a seafoam green, sherwood green, lake placid blue or similar color M4V?

A coffee table book about coffee table basses -- Kramer.

But seriously, GLWTT. Looks like an amazing Lull.

You could send the bass to Pat Wilkins for a refin, any color you like.

Talked to Mike and Paul about this bass today and they informed me that this, in fact is my bass. These are much better pics than I could ever hope to take...

I would PREFER to trade this bass for another of equal value; however there have been some additional inquiries regarding a sale price. As it is stated in the original post, I would sell outright for $2000 shipped.

I remember seeing this bass in Mike's shop sometime ago. It's absolutely stunning.

I'd nab it myself if I could.

Thanks Buddy, its definitely one you don't see everyday.

I priced a new one out through Bass NW today. Apparently blocks are a $600 retail up-charge... yikes!

Here's a picture of it front and center at the Namm 2011 booth.

Lots of interest from the morning crew today. Just to clarify, I am not opposed to trading down to something and doing partial trade , partial cash...

Like a Lakland skyline jo or dj with chi sonics or dark stars...

I am unfamiliar with this builder. Basses look nice, but not really interested in dealing internationally.

Thanks
