FT Feeler. Musicman Stingray Classic Series. Seafoam/Mint Green

Sign in to disble this ad
This bass is in brand new condition. I just bought it a couple of months ago.

The bass has a Slab Board body (No tummy or arm contours), 2 band active EQ, old style bridge with string mutes and through body stringing and old style headstock decal. This is the first run of the classic series and has the typical gunstock oiled neck finish like all other Musicman basses. The 2nd run is supposed to have the lacquered finish neck. The serial number is on the bridge and begins with a "B".

This is a fantastic playing and sounding bass. It comes with the original hardshell case.

I'm looking for 4 string basses like;

Yamaha Attitude (stereo w/woofer and P pickup)
American 75 Reissue Jazz Bass
I don't know, just run something different by me.

Would also be willing to sell outright. These basses sell at GC for $1560 brand new.

I'm looking to get $1400.00 for it since it's only 2 months old and in the exact same condition as when I bought it.

If it were fretted I'd probably jump on it. Not really in the market for a fretless at the moment though. Thanks for the offer.

I think he was expecting you to come down on your price after a whole one day up for sale. Beautiful bass by the way.

Maybe he was. Now I'm not saying that my bass is superior to the other stingrays he was looking at, but it is much newer, and in the exact same condition as when I bought it brand new 2 months ago. Essentially, I'm selling a Classic Series Stingray in brand new condition for $160 off and no tax. The other Rays he was looking at had asking prices of $900 to $950 which would be another $500 off of mine. I'm not going to cut the price that much.
