I have this WONDERFUL 1983 MusicMan Stingray in Played Condition. Except for the strap locks she has all the original parts. (Well the Mute Pads were replaced at least once during her lifetime...) She is White with maple Boards, and a 3-Layer BWB pick guard. There are several chips in the body on the Upper Bouts, and 1 on the lower. There is an Indentation on the fingerboard upder the "G" String at the 12th fret. Of course there is some "buckle Rash", but the back of the body is pretty clean. Tuners, controls, and Truss Rod all turn easily in both directions, and work as they should. This vintage of pre-amps is notorious for their "Noisey Elctronics". At Full Treble a hum is noticable. At about 70% it quiets down significantly. (Shielding is said to clear this up)
Full Frontal!
What a Body!
The Classic MM Pickup in the "SweetSpot", with the 2-Band Preamp. Perfection!
Closeup of Bridge:
Chips & Dips. (I believe in Full Disclosure)

Upper Bouts:
Lower Bouts:
Nice Maple Boards!
The "G"-String Divot. (Just R- of the Marker) This probably would not have been noticed if not mentioned. It certainly does not effect playibility. But here it is...
The Elusive Pre-EB Headstock!
No Headstock Dings on the edge either!
Hot Rear Action!
Bodies Pretty Clean on the back...
Rear of the headstock
Comes with a Newer EBMM HSC.
I am Lusting 4-String NT Warwicks. I have a corvette NT $$, and a Streamer Stage II (SS2), so those are off the list. I'm looking for a Dolphin, Streamer Stage I, Katana, Thumb, in that order of precidence. I'm not interested in a 5-String, and I'm not really looking for anything else. But if you feel you REALLY have something that would interest me, feel free to PM me your "Bait".
