This is the official signature model, not the cheaper standard version.
2 Rockfield MM pickups
Aguilar OBP-3 preamp
5-way selector swtich
Light Satin Maple neck (very fast)
Rosewood Fretboard
Paulonia boody wood
Black Vapor finish (looks somewhat purple in the pics, but it is not in person)
5-string, 35" scale
Bolt-on neck
Grover Tuners
Bridge can be either string-thru, or top-load
This bass is only about 7 months old and has been babied. It has one very small mark on the side that isn't very noticeable. This is one of the good Trabens. I love this bass and the way it sounds, but I'm slowly wanting to switch back to 4-strings.
I am in no hurry to trade this, I'm just waiting for the right bass to show up.
I'm looking for a good 4-string that can handle a a whole-step drop-tune, and maybe drop-C. I want something pretty metal sounding.
Will also sell for $500. Local deals only. Will travel some.
Just let me know what you have. The worst I can say is no.

And hey, dont be telling people you arent a Fender guy! I still have that text of you saying your P was the best playing bass you ever laid your hands on. Its call evidence.

I just want something with a smaller neck, and that can be drop-tuned. Fender's don't do that for me. I don't hate Fender's, but they aren't my favorite. haha. |

Raw maple would need regular oiling, and turn black fairly quickly if you didn't.

Good luck with trading it.
