FT Feeler-Vintage 1989 Stingray 5 for Lakland JO 4 or Warwick Thumb 5

I love this bass, but its too heavy for me(approaching 12 lbs) and I've come to learn i need to stick to my jazz basses. Its a "vintage" stingray 5 string, from the second year of 5-string manufacture. Bass is completely stock. Rosewood board, blue burst translucent finish. I'm assuming the body is one big hunk of ash, I can't find any glue lines. Killer stingray tone, fingerstyle funk machine. 3 band eq, white pickguard and pickup cover. I've used this bass on one tour and it sounded incredible every night. Birdseye neck has some beautiful figuring. I will be taking it into my shop for a fret-dress, fretboard cleaning and electronics cleaning. This is a players bass(for good reason-it kills!) and it shows. I have several pics on the link displaying the knicks and scuffs. What I'm looking for in trade is a Lakland Skyline Joe Osborn 4 -preferably black. This is essentially it, but Im open right now to suggestions....If i wanted to sell it outright, I'd probably do $950 shipped and freshly setup, but Im really looking for a Lakland trade. Thanks for looking!
Here are the pics, hope the link works...

I have one semi-local cat interested in buying, but if anyone has a Skyline Joe Osborn or Bob Glaub or Duck Dunn...leaning towards vintage style 4-strings. Thanks!
