Thanks for looking. I have a Sunburst Fender Hot Rod Precision bass for sale that was plek'd and setup by Mike Lull when I was in Seattle a few months ago. He also reinforced some of the frets with glue. I also had him install a Lindy Fralin P pickup and his over-wound split coil J pickup. I also installed a Genuine Fender vintage bridge (which negates string-thru, but what's vintage about that?). I have the original Fender P pickup, overwound single coil J, and the original bridge if wanted. The Fralin's are more vintage and grindy sounding and sound particularly great with the TI Flats that I have on the bass now. The bass has some wear, but nothing too major. There is a little checking in the right light above the pickguard above the bridge side precision pickup. There is some scratching from the ball end of the E and A strings behind the bridge. There's a small ding ( NO paint chip) on the upper bout of the bass. Above the 3rd and 14th fret there is a little finish checking where the fingerboard meets the neck. There is also a small chip on the back of the neck behind the nut (no effect when playing). The straplock button on the bridge side was also redrilled for better balance. I'm looking the bass over now, and this is full disclosure. This is an amazing instrument that has all your vintage tones covered.

Bump for a great bass. I love mine. Someone can get a great bass and one that's rare seeing they were only made a very short time. It's a P/J done right.

I've noticed since I got mine a couple of years back the prices they go for on ebay keep creeping up! One went for twice what I paid!
