Hey Guys,
I have a MIM Fender Jazz that I bought new in about 97. I sold it off for about a year and a half, and bought it back from the guy when he didn't use it anymore (he only used it for about a month of that). Thats not super important, just want to represent it accurately! Its in great shape overall. It looked very clean to me until I started taking pictures and saw a few light scuffs here and there. STOOPID CAMERA!

But you really can't tell unless you get up on it real close. There are a few knicks in the headstock as well that you can see in the pics.
Its a good bass, I have just decided I like the P sound better. So with that, I would like to trade for a P bass! A MIM P -> MIM Jazz straight swap seems like it would be fair, but if you have upgrades or a MIJ (mine is a stock bass), shoot me a number that you think would be fair for a cash addition, and we can work something out!
Here are some pics. In taking them, I realized how hard it is to photograph a black bass!! So the quality isn't great....if you need some more pics, please let me know and i will be happy to snap more of whatever you need! Please note, in the 2nd pic there, those aren't scuffs near the jack..its just glare.
In some of these pics, you can see theres a hard shell case. Its a MF flight case that COULD be included in the deal if needed.
Note in these pictures that this bass has an all in one PG/Control plate. This is what is called the Fender "Traditional Series". It was only made for a short time during the mid 90's. After doing some searching on here, it seems that the pups are slightly different than the Standard J pups, and the bridge pup is slightly smaller. That and the PG/Control plate setup are the only differences between a Standard and Traditional Series Jazz.
