I will add to it to trade for a geddy lee tribute (stock preferred)

Nice bass, welcome to TB classifieds.

It's always a good idea to do a search of basses similar to yours that have sold in the past. That'll give you a good idea of what the market value of the bass is, and you can adjust accordingly if your expectations are hopeful for max value or that your bass will sell in expedient fashion, etc.

Best of luck to you in your sale, and again, welcome!

True my asking price is on the higher side, but it has 0 signs of wear over the last 18 years, and if I hadn't put on the chrome covers, pearloid guard, and new strings it would probably be $100 less.

I didn't mean to imply your price was high. Simply an idea. But since then I see you have decreased the price since then. Best of luck in your sale its a nice bass!

so because its a SQUIER makes it less of a bass?
just thought id throw that out there as a trade option for you.

i see you're new here. you'll figure it out eventually.

That is correct, the squire series is made up of parts left over.
Yes I am new here, have you been playing bass for over 30 years?

and not only because it is a squire but it's also very worn and in poor shape.
Why would I downgrade my bass for free?

Trying to argue with someone in your for sale thread doesn't increase your chance of selling. The amount of time you've been playing bass doesn't mean anything in regards to forum etiquette. Best of luck with the sale.

Hey SVT, you ARE new here, and obviously aren't aware of some of the rules

1. You're allowed one bump per 24 hours
2. Bashing other peoples basses is not tolerated

Good luck with your sale
