For sale or trade is my 1996 Black/Rosewood Fender American Standard Jazz Bass. It is a neck through jazz with the 50th anniversary logo.

I have the original parts and will include them with the bass. I have swapped the white pick-guard for tort and the original pickups for Seymour Duncan sjb-2 hot passive jazz pickups.
This bass now is a real tone monster. I can dial in a deep p bass sound and still get a jazz growl.
There has been some cosmetic peeling to the headstock of the bass, shown in the pictures however this has not affected the neck, the wood or the playability of this great mid 90's neck through bass. The bass has been professionally set up yearly by Niel Sargent of Sargent Guitars here in Houston.
I will include the original pups and guard if you choose to buy this bass with the upgrades above.

As far as trades, I am a fender jazz guy but will consider some p/j with jazz necks.
