FT/FS: fretless Warmoth/Fender jazz

I'd like to trade this cool player's fretless jazz for something in the P-family. It has a sweet Warmoth neck with an unlined rosewood fretboard (jazz width), a MIM Fender jazz body, Dimarzio ultra jazz pups, a Gibson/Schaller roller bridge, American Fender tuners, and Dunlop straplocks. It can go in either a Fender deluxe J-bass case (pictured), or a Sadowsky ultralight case, depending on the deal and what you want.

For an outright sale, I'm thinking $375 shipped w/case CONUS ought to get it done, Paypal OK. I'll ship wherever if you pay for it.

One more pic of the whole thing. It has some minor wear on the body, but nothing bad, and the neck's in great shape. Sounds fantastic too.

I just looked up what I paid for this, and it was less than I thought so I dropped the price accordingly. I'd sell for less without the case, but I would much rather sell with case for safer shipping.
