FT/FS MM 2006 Sterling HS "AMAZING Bass"

Sign in to disble this ad
I have switched to 5 string so this beautiful 4 String is up for sale. the bass is in excellent condition. i have a tort pick guard too which i will include. i changed out the tuners to Hipshot HB1 with are direct replacements, with better tuning ratio 27:1 vs 20:1 a $100 upgrade but have the originals tuners too with i will include. comes with its music man hard shell case. as for trades a Mesa Boogie M9 Carbine would be what i am most interested in. or maybe an Genz Benz Uber 410 4ohm cabinet, but you can shoot over other ideas worst i can say is I'm not interested. this is a gorgeous, beautiful playing bass and it pains me to see it not getting the playing time it deserves. i have switched exclusively to 5 string bass and i prefer the 35" scale on a 5. the bass is in amazing shape for being my main bass for a few years, i keep my equipment in fantastic shape. for an outright sale i think $1000 shipped in conus or best offer is fair.

thanks for looking

peace
Dave

I dont own a 5. I dont play them and don't like the way they sound. Im a actually a 5 hater, but I'd find the right one if it meant I could trade you for this. Used Laklands are pretty expensive in comparison to the Sterling though so I'd probably be better off trying to buy it outright...

That's like saying I don't drive cars because I don't like my Geo Metro. I guarantee you could not tell the difference between my 5 and 4 if I didn't use the B.

Grays on the sale btw!

Thats not what I said. A low B is what I dont like. Anything low C or below sounds like garbage and isn't very musical in tone. Your opinion may differ.
