Up for grabs is a parts bass I recently put together. Its just not getting the playing time it deserves due to my recent aquisition of a Warwick 5, and now I'm GASing. I'm looking for a decent/good head, preamp, or power amp (+ or - cash as necessary). I'd also be willing to sell outright for [
B]$385 Shipped CONUS[/b]Dropped to $365. Feel free to shoot me ANY offers. Worst I can do is say no.
The body is an early 90's MIM Squier. Its a sunburst. The only thing wrong with it is there are 2 minor dents with a tiny scratch on the edge of the forearm contour. Aside from that its in great shape. It comes with a black pickguard and the volume pot is CTS. The tone pot could be replaced/cleaned, cause its a slight bit scratchy.

The neck is a USACG Maple w/ Rosewood board. Its a jazz neck and in the earlier threads its compared to a Geddy's profile (never played one myself so I can't vouch for that, but it is super slim). It came from Dan Atkinson, so it has his logo on the headstock (although I'm sure you could sand this off). 7.5" radius and vintage frets. It plays great and is like new. I believe I was the first person to actually mount this up and play it, and even then, only a handfull of times. The onlything wrong with the neck is my (now ex) luthier drilled though the headstock when installing the E tuner. Its just barely at the edge of the tuner and is almost covered up by the grommet. I haven't filled it or anything, but it wouldn't be hard to do, and its not particularly noticible as is.

The tuners are gold Schaller M4S tuners, but don't have the schaller logo engraved in them. The pup is a Seymour Duncan SBP-2. It works and sounds great. All the hardware is gold as well, including the gold wilkinson bridge. Its currently strung up with Chromes and sounds great. I just get sad when I see it sitting in the corner not getting played.
The neck/tuners are also availbe for sale/trade separately
here.
Here are some crappy cell phone pics. If anyone is seriously interested I can probably get some better ones.
