FT/FS Wal MkI Bass fretted (Wal for Wal)

FT/FS. Built Feb 2000 Wal Mark I fretted. Fully loaded with every option: flame maple facings on mahogany core with matching flamed headstock, ebony fingerboard, gold hardware, one-off gloss blue-violet finish, birdseye maple neck and hornbeam center. W4034 signed by Pete, with a very fast thin-slim profile neck and mild V-shape. Excellent condition and kept very clean, only a few dings in the finish visible in the pics near the bridge and forward pickup, and one on headstock. Frets are in perfect shape, and the bass plays and sounds absolutely fantastic as a Wal should. The case is the fiberglass "blue dogbone" hardshell that is missing one latch which was rather typical of these dogbones. Weight is 10.0 lbs even.
Wal for Wal trades only! I would ideally prefer to do a straight trade transaction for a fretted Wal 5 string. If you have an unusual 5, or even if it's fretless, get ahold of me anyway, there's always options!
SOLD! price is $4800 shipped in the 48 (outside of the US is possible). -Mike

This color definitely looks even cooler in person, and the bass sounds and plays amazing!

Killer deal! You are assured an amazing sounding/playing bass (I used to own this particular Wal) with a unique finish! I've known Mike the majority of my life, and there is no better person to do business with. \m/
