FT G&L SB-2 Tribute w/tone mod

This Tribute SB-2 is made In Korea, 2003. I'm told its a somewhat rare Blue sparkle finish with white pickguard. Has maple fretboard with nice grain. There is a Tone pot and a 3-way pickup selector mini toggle switch. This lets you choose between neck pickup, both or bridge. Just over 9 lbs on digital bathroom scale. No dings, gouges, excessive wear or smoke. Its currently strung with a new set of Elixer strings which have not yet been released that I'm testing for Elixer. This SB-2 is a great player in excellent shape. Comes with TKL soft side case. I recently purchased this bass from Snappytom and am very pleased with it. These G&L basses are hot. But I'm really looking for a 5 string right now. So I'm interested in trading for a similar 5 string. I also have a sweet spot for old Tobias Growlers if you happen to have one. Could put out some cash.

I have a L-2500 Tribute that I may be willing to trade if you are interested. Can you compare the tone/playability of the SB-2 with the L-2500?

Thanks for the offer. I already own a L2500 bass though.

The SB-2 has more of a P bass vibe. Especially with the pickup switch. Aggressive still with a good amount of tonal variety.
