FT: Lakland 44-02 or GandL BABP L2000

Sign in to disble this ad
2003 44-02 – Ash/Maple natural with black PG. Bart pre/pups. Very deep and smooth.

One of, if not the easiest playing bass I’ve encountered. Picked it up in July and I never thought I would part with this, but alas, I’ve got GAS! I really wish this was a Bob Glaub then I wouldn’t have to type up this ad! I would love to keep her if I could just afford to buy the P I’m after.

Everything is in perfect working order, although it could use a new set of strings. Wearing the same set of D’addario XLs it came with.

Besides the ding in the lower horn, this bass is pretty darn clean. The rest of the stuff is only pictured for full disclosure and is very insignificant.

Will be shipped in a Boulder Metro gigbag, and packed with utmost care and shipped Fedex fully insured.

Next up is my recently acquired G&L BABP L2000. You know it, you love it, you want it!

9.5/10 It’s nearly perfect with only some minor swirling in the finish in the back, visible in the pics. It’s now wearing a new set of Chromes, which are great strings for this IMO.
I had this up for sale a few weeks ago and took it down, but I just can’t get rid of my GAS!

Comes shipped in G&L OHSC through Fedex fully insured.

These are both great basses, with lots of tonal options for those who like to tweak knobs and switches. I am trying to simplify my life. So if you like lots of knobs and switches, maybe we can work something out for your nice passive P bass?
BTW, both basses are pictured with Dunlop straplok buttons, but they will be shipped with standard strap buttons.
