FT:Lakland Duck Dunn(red w/matching headstock)

Got this bass a couple of months ago and it's great but just not my thing..It's a Skyline and has been Plek'ed according to the previous owner..There is one very small ding just below the upper horn, other than that it's dead mint and will ship in a molded Fender case..What I'm mainly looking for is a P Bass, Stingray HS maybe or let me know what you have...Any marks you see are just reflections except for the on ding i have pictured...Thanks

Once again how do you tell which pick ups it has, cloth covered wires or not ??? as far as weight I don't have a scale accurate enough to tell but I'll try to get the weight so how...

The L Fralins have cloth wire covering, as opposed to plastic.

Nice Dunn! Lakland's CAR looks so rich and deep in person.

The bass says made in Korea on it--I think only a very few MIK Skylines were Plek'd, at least straight out of the shop, and they would have been made in the second half of 2008 when Lakland got the machine.

Also, the transition from Fralins to Hanson P pickups occurred in late 2007/early 2008. The serial number shows the date of manufacture--first two digits are the year, the second two are the month.

According to the previous owner he had the option of returning the bass for a new one or getting it Plek'd and he choose the option of getting it Plek'd, thats what I got to go on, as far as the pickups I'll check them soon...

No cloth on the wires so I guess there Lakland/Hanson pickups..My guess on the weight is around 9 lbs.give or take a little.. Its a bit heaver than my 08 Fender Jazz...
