| So an update.
Many of you guys are probably familiar with this bass. I picked it up because there was a guy in need and I had funds. So I wired him 3K for this and his computer.
So I'm offering this back up to the TB community because while it is an absolutely gorgeous bass, it is way too much for me. It is a flat out tonal monster. I have enough problems with 5 strings, so 6 is pushing my brain capacity.
This is a Low-End T-bird that was a NAMM 2011 bass. It is surprisingly light, well-balanced. I didn't like the colour so much on the Low-End site, but in person the colour is beautiful, and I wanted to try to capture that.
I'm just interested in breaking even (I was looking to pick up a fretted bass), and I am open to any bass that fits the bill.
What I am looking for is:
5-string
Jazz type bass
preferably 70s spacing on the pups, or close enough.
active/passive switch.
fretted
basically a non-standard jazz |
