Super rare 92 modulus jazz neck with Fender headstock shape in extremely good condition, frets are perfect. Just right slight relief no truss rod producing the finest Modulus tone and sustain. Bartolini MMC music man HB pups, Bartolini 18 volt 918 3 band pre with pull for passive and mid pull option. Schaller ultralight graphite/aircraft aluminum tuners, graphite nut, solid brass Hipshot bridge. Less than 9 pound Warmouth 5A quilted Maple dinky J body. This is not your typical jazz bass it's big and round and will bark if you want it to. The 5A flame maple top dinky J body is immaculate.
This is just to beautiful to take on my gigs.
This is a rare and unique instrument indeed.
Trades considered plus or minus cash. I'll value the trade at $1200 or you convince me of what it IS worth.
The only issue is that the new tuners did not cover 2 of the old tuner screw holes. It's an easy fill although I haven't done so.

| | | | Usually ebay prices are higher than Talkbass, and i certainly can't fault you for ending an auction early which i have also done when i was afraid that the item would sell for less than i paid and i would take a loss.
I have found that in this economy, you are better off trading than selling, if you are trying to get your highest value out of a deal |

I should have mentioned I am not into 5 string trades on this.

It was way more bass than my 66 jazz I brought way beyond thunderous.
Today I spent some time setting it up and it is now perfect action to my tastes low and no buzz. To be honest the majority of basses I've owned wont get to where I like them. This one will go lower than I want it to. Now I have some time to work with these double MM HBs and this pre amp. i've never had this pup combo before.
Every part on this bass are the best brands available.
Yeah, I'm starting to rethink this...

Sadowsky metro rw, Lull, Smith, EB classic SR maple, VJ, Lakland 4402D, Epifani amp (902c, 501, Quest pre), M9 (updated), DB750, Glock HR2 and yes I would add $ when necessary to upgrade, in fact I prefer it. Anything else just run it by me the worst I can say is "no thank you"
This bass is a near perfect build period.
