Up for sale is a 6 string mtd Kingston z6 fretless. It has been somewhat modified. The original bass use to be cherry buy the previous owner sanded down the body and put some kinda oil stain? Looks very dark brown. The preamp was kinda of a mess so I took it out shielded the cavity and redid the wires. I suck at it so it can be soldered. I just used tape and it works fine and the bass is dead quiet.
Stock pre and pickups. The preamp is not as bad as people think. It almost has a chorus to it.
I'm looking for trades. All kinds of trades really. I'm gonna put the trade value around $850.00 and I can accept cash or offer more on top for something with less strings depending on the bass. For a straight sale.... I'll start it out at $700.00 shipped in a brand new warwick rockbag or $650.00 shipped packaged real well and double boxed.
Paypal preferred.

Here's the pictures. The bass is more dark brown than black in person. Had to take pics with iPhone.

Since it's not perfect or original I will drop the price to $600.00 shipped without the bag for a quick sale. I got lots of bills to pay off!

To answer some questions. The top maple veneer has been sanded completely off the bass. I never heard the bass with the top on but I doupt that thin layer makes a difference.
The price reflects the condition of the bass. It's in great working playable condition. He neck is straight action low and lots of mwah

Is the fingerboard made of Ebony?

And that oil stain(?) is protecting the wood ok?

And it's heading to Georgia. Bet it sounds better than it looks. Should know for sure this weekend.
