Bongo comes with the hard case of course (as long as you have one to give me that is
). Strap is not included.
In light of full discretion, I will say that I had the nut filed on the E string slightly to fit larger gauge strings (Bass Boomers). This was done by a professional Luthier, but as a result, the head stock has a tiny mark (where he got a little too happy with his file) just above the nut. Hardly noticeable and does not affect the instrument.
