Hi guys,
I have two SX Jazz short scale basses, I'm going to keep the 3TS, and let the Olympic White one go. I'd love to get a short scale SX Precision if there are any out there. There are two mods: 1) Stew Mac shielding paint in the cavities and copper tape on the pickguard. 2) Minor filing of the pickguard to accommodate DiMarzio Jazz pickups (these seem to be "normal" aftermarket size. The stock Essex pickups seem to have slightly narrower spacing for the semicircles that house the screws). Otherwise this bass is great condition, no dings or scratches, and plays great.
If this is a no-go, then I'll consider a sale later. Thanks.
