I just received this bass in trade. I have not seen another Nordy with a PJ setup here on Talkbass. The bass serial number is 35 so it is an early one. The bass weighs in around 9.5lbs and feels great when it is strapped on. If this was a JJ setup I would not be looking to trade. This bass has a very powerful sound. The B string is tight and focused. I can find no dings or dents to speak of-only very light swirling in the slap area. There are some pics where it looks like the bass has a scrape but it is just the flash from the camera.The bass comes with a new style Gator case similar to the newer Fender cases and is in like new condition. I am looking for something that has an active preamp and a JJ pickup configuration and a maple fretboard. A Sadowsky would work for me. I can go 4 or 5 string configuration.
