I'm not really, really dead set on trading this baby because its the best playing, sounding and looking Rbass that I've ever owned. And believe me I've owned several, but lately I've been trying out different basses and they all seem to be great now a days so I'm just wanting to see if I can get a trade offer that will make my heart drop like this bass did when I first saw it. So whether I trade or not will be on you and what you have to offer. Who knows, I just may pull the plug and trade if a the bass captures my heart. I'm thinking of switching over to all 6 strings so I'm really looking for a nice 6 string however, I will keep an open mind to 5 string trades if its nice enough. This bass is so nice that I orginally traded in for a 6 string pedulla at Atlanta Bass Gallery 3 weeks ago, I went home that night and had nightmares and I immediately called Jim up and told him that I couldn't and wouldn't trade that bass and that I was coming to get her. He was nice enough to let me have her back even after he had a sale pending on it for much more that I traded it for. Big ups to Jim at ABG he's truely a good guy. The specs are as follow:
Dead Mint!
2006 Single Cut 5 String bass
- body is swamp ash
- the top is buckeye burl
- the neck is a 3pc hard maple
- Rosewood fingerboard
- 34" scale
- Nordstrand NJ-5 pickups with match wood covers
- Audere 3ZB 3 band eq with mid switch and high, mid, low z switch, active/passive switch
- battery led mounted in body (nice feature)
- Hipshot Hardware
- Satin Finish
- gig bag

so free bump for a killer looking bass. | I talked to Ray who stated that he did have it taken down. I believe he is working on a new one for his newer models. This bass happens to be one of the newer models. His older models looked similiar to Fodera bass guitars. Thanks for the bump |
