FT only: Warwick Thumb 5 BO

I haven't had this bass very long and I absolutely love it. It's my fifth and by far, favorite Warwick. But I need a fretless. So I'm offering this one up to the trade gods.

It's a perfect bass; no scratches or dings or anything that I can find on it. Plays, growls, sounds and looks like a dream. Comes with rockbag, wax, truss rod tool.

What they are saying...

The distinctive body design of Warwick's Thumb 5-String Bass Guitar is a favorite of players worldwide and has many features that separate it from its peers. The ovangkol wood body is both beautiful and harmonically resonant. Its MEC active pickups and electronics give you the broadest range of tones and textures. The Warwick Thumb bass has a 3-piece ovangkol bolt-on neck with wenge fingerboard and black hardware. Includes gig bag.

Warwick Thumb Bolt-On Neck Bass Guitar Features:

* Ovangkol body
* MEC J/J active pickups
* MEC active 2-way electronics
* 3-piece ovangkol bolt-on neck
* Wenge fingerboard
* Black hardware
* 24 frets
* Angled-back keys for easier tuning

It's a great bass and I love it. But for the moment, I need fretless...ok, I want fretless. I recently started a business and all of my cash is tied up in that. But rest assured, once my business is profitable, I will be scouting these boards looking for another thumb.

So here it is...

What I'm looking for

As I mentioned, I really want a fretless bass. I prefer a five or six string but the right four string will work. There are a few fretted basses I would trade for. A bongo would be a done deal. A SR5 HH would probably do it for me. Maybe a few more but those are some that come to mind.

As for the right fretless...I don't have one in mind. Just throw offers at me and maybe something will stick.

I'm not willing to add cash since all of mine is tied up in a new business. But I *may* take a lesser quality bass with cash. But I'm really holding out for an even trade here.

*No Tributes, Legends, Knock offs, or copies please.

bump

Funny I had a terrific Bongo fretless I could not give away here and had to put it on E-B. Timing is everything.
IF you want to try a HH fretted version by another manufacturer,(G&L), out of boredom etc, let me know.
FS/FT G&L L-2500, blueburst, rosewood
