I had this Roscoe up for sale then pulled it, but I think I want to go to a 4 string so I am offering it again. It has over $1000 in upgrades and is in really nice condition.
I really want a 4 string Roscoe SKB or LG, I will straight trade for either of those two. I will entertain other higher end 4 string trades so let me know.
Here are the specs.
Buckeye Burl top $600 upgrade
Alder body (less mid sounding than Ash)
Maple/Purpleheart/Maple neck
Purpleheart/Sapwood fingerboard
Highly sought after Demeter Preamp $250 upgrade
New Bart Classic Pickups $250 (have original as well)
Hipshot Bridge
Gotoh Tuners
8.5 pounds of pure tone

Let me know what we need to do to make this work. The Tobias sounds like a piano with the S/S strings on it. Great bass, I just gave up 4 string. Truthfully the best sounding bass I have.
I have a Roscoe 5 string unlined fretless that I love so I am very interested in this kid. Let me know. |

Heh, heh. Drip. Drip.
Hey Dougie, you selling water pipes in addition to organ pipe cacti?
Payday (for most people) BUMP for a crazy deal on a sick Roscoe from an even crazier & sicker seller. "Dealer" is not a nice word to use in this post.

I found a link with your grandpa enlightening the rest of us concerning your erratic behavior. Those disciplinary trips to the "claw shed" certainly took their toll! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0KoYUJ2AzDs

I can't see through all the smoke being blown around in this thread. . . *cough cough*
Is CactusmanDoug rolling his doobies or was that a not-very-well-concealed offer to try to trade you a cactus for this bass?
