Would you consider a trade for my super-sweet 1992 NYC Sadowsky 5 - 24? Mine measures slightly more than 1.875" wide at the nut. I will post a link to my bass later (typing this on my mobile phone), meanwhile you can see one shot of it in my profile photo.

I had an offer on this bass last week, and the other party said that he would have PayPal to me "in a few days". If he doesn't come through by tomorrow, I am offering this bass back up, and I'd love to do a trade with you (I'd even consider adding-in some cash to the deal). I took detailed neck width measurements on my 24-5, and it is 1.900" wide at the nut.

Doug | Thanks for the offer but I want one in a newer condition. |

I've been told that the bridges, pickups, and preamps in the early Sadowsky NYCs are superior to current ones, but I cannot say for sure. Regarsdless, Glenn at Bass Specialties can vouch for how nice mine looks and more importantly, how great it plays! I'm just the opposite of you in that I need a narrower neck on my 5-string basses.
