Barely played... think I took it out three times and one of those I didn't get on stage.
Here's the thing: I like the bass just fine. Plays well, totally quiet, a ton of tone flexibility. So why am I looking to trade it? I just can't get beside its "modern" looks and sensibilities. Besides, all the music I play is kind of roots oriented so it doesn't fit in terms of stylistic appearance even though it can cop the tone just fine.
Mostly looking for other basses in exchange, but I'm willing to listen. I kinda like "rat rod" or relic looks so long as it plays like a mother and the battle scars are sincere and not mocked up... to each his own but I think deliberate relicing is really lame.
Oh, and I'll be posting more detail pictures when the sun is up tomorrow.
