Just put a set of Thomastiks on my Veillette last night, so for now this Wendler is not on the agenda. But I can't help remaining in the peanut gallery.
After my experience with the D-Tar piezo system in my Veillette I am absolutely convinced that the preamp setup really makes the difference with a piezo. With the right pre these acoustic-oriented basses are extremely responsive and exciting instruments to play.
Hey Chef, maybe we piezo-lovers are just goin' outa style, but I am sticking to my guns.
