The neck is one of the most beautiful I have seen and the profile is that of a Mike Lull neck. I sent a Lull neck to Pat and had him shape the neck to match. The Demeter pre is so clear and fantastic and the versatility of available tones with the P/J pickup configuration makes it pretty versatile. The Nordstrand pickups were custom wound for this bass. The body wood is Alder and it is chambered, much like the $4000 dollar Sadowsky New York built basses. It is a beauty. Good luck with the sale.

I'd want a Sadowsky M5-24 or an R5-24 in exchange. I'll entertain other SIMILAR offers but not as dissimilar as a Musicman or G&L. I really want another Sadowsky. This bass is incredible and really sounds amazing, if it had 5 strings it would never leave my side. Beautiful birdseye neck, superlight chambered alder body. *small refin spot near the eq knob, looks like it had a little accident at one time* Also for sale for $1600 shipped USA.
