$700 now down to $600 shipped in the original hardshell case. 3 bolt neck plate. Solid ash. Truss rod works fine, no dings in body, mild corrosion on pole pieces and bridge, cigarette burn on headstock, slight neck wear mojo, decal on control cover can be removed. Has newer set of DR Bootzilla coated 110 strings.
EDIT: I randomly found more pics online of this bass from a previous owner! Keep in mind that it was in brand new condition when thse pics were taken. No idea why it is pictured in that case, I have the real G&L case for it. Notice it is not in this brand new condition anymore, it now has some mojo!! http://cascadeguitars.com/cgc502.html
i got my 1505 for 475 and its nearly perfect the case is a bit beat up but GREAT BASS love the G&Ls
Nice! What color is yours? I've never seen another transparent green one. Also this case is nearly perfect, no cracks even that I've seen. My dad bought a new L-1500 around 2002ish, and he destroyed the case in a few short years! Seems like they're not the toughest.
Dude! I wish I had the beans! I lusted over this one on the 'bay a while ago! I even remember the cover. I didn't think my wife would approve (she might be a tad jealous).Good luck! I know this will sell! Awesome tone from the soundclips on the auction, as I recall. Just my two cents worth.
That was the previous owner that had it up on Ebay. I was surprised it didn't sell there. The graphic on the control cover is easily removable, I'll take care of it for you before shipping
Also open to trade offers--- preferably a cheaper 5 string (Squire V Deluxe?) + cash.
