G&L L-2000 Tribute Natural Finish (Project)

I have a G&L L-2000 bass that is in great condition except for the electronics & pickups. At band rehearsal about a week ago the bass and I took a lightning hit. I faired ok but the pickups did not. The fine copper wires in the pickup windings were damaged. I have no idea about the condition of the Pots, Switches & Preamp. They look fine but you never know. The rest of the bass is in excellent condition (see pics below). Since I have 5 other basses I have decided not to spend the money on getting or repairing the pickups and electronics. So I'm selling it as is. I know I don't have any feedback on Talkbass but you can check my feedback out at Ebay my ebay id is firmlybassed. If you have questions or need more info let me know.

$325 OBO + Shipping OR Trade Let me know what you have..

It was a shock but during the electrical storm. We had one of those big strikes and all the power went out. When we got power back the bass still had signal but it was very low. Only 1 coil was working in each pickup so split pickup worked but not series and the Preamp worked. So after opening up we found fraying on the copper wiring on the pickups. That what took the hit. Preamp. Everything else is ok.
