G&L L2500 US Five String F/S MD, DC, VA

Like the title says, I have a nice US G&L L-2500 (non tribute) for sale. Originally I was asking for trades on this but I bought another bass so now it's for sale.

$900 Shipped and paid via Paypal
$800 For a local cash deal.

The bass is in pretty good shape, it has a few dings here and there around the edges, the worst of which is on the back in the upper cutaway area. The neck is straight with no issues, truss rod adjusts fine, no tweaked tuners, active / passive electronics are all original and work fine. I have a couple HS cases I can ship the bass in but I do not have the OHSC.

Here's a link to pics of the bass:

I have a L2500 Tribute and you must have got one with bad strings and or bad setup. You cant keep my L2500 from growling and punching through the mix.

The bass definitely does growly and punchy. I'm not much of a slap player but I suspect you'd be able to find your sound with the active/passive controls.
