Looks like it could be QS. It would say it on the certificate you got with the bass (you would've had to order it with a QS neck as well).

My US M2500 with alder body is 4.3 kg, i.e. 9.55 lbs (9/8 lbs).

This is mine for comparison. Looks like yours, but the COA doesn't mention it as QS.
