Hi Bro's. This is another gorgeous custom body from our own TFM53 at Moss Bass Company (aka TOM). 3-tone natural cherry with a clear satin nitro lacquer finish. (WALNUT-MAPLE-CHERRY...SORRY!)
The bass was professionally assembled and setup by Tommy over at Evolution Guitars here in PA. You won't believe how well this thing plays and how great it sounds.
Has a set of brand new Seymour Duncan SPB-2 passive pups, overwound for more bottom and better highs. The wiring harness is brand new, along with new pots and jack. Dunlop StrapLocks are installed and included.
The neck is my all-time favorite Precision neck, which I was saving for a custom build like this.
The custom made split thumbrests are installed with silicone, no holes drilled in the body in case you want to remove them. The screws are deadheads.
Except for a couple small marks in the nitro from using it that you can barely see..its in gorgeous shape.
I'm asking exactly what it cost me to build...$760. I have students looking for MIM P-basses, so a part trade for one would work.
