Man, that would be a killer match to my Warmoth P/J with a green quilt maple top. It too has Aeros, but a 2-band Bart preamp. It is a tone monster! :bassist:

Man I wish you were in my neck of the woods so I could try it out. Because it's a kit bass, it's hard to have a reference to base the instrument from (e.g. 75 Fender Jazz). One would have to play it to know what they're getting in to. From the specs it looks like a near perfect bass. . . . .

Let me know if you've got a trip planned for Michigan anytime in the near future.

How would you describe the tone?

The tone is awesome.
I love the Aeros and the Glockenklang is very transparent
I would say the pups are bright with plenty of mids.
They really cut through the mix.
Both bands I play in immediately noticed this bass in the mix.
I hate to see it go but I bought too many basses.

I just purchased an expensive bass which is why I have listed my 3 jazz basses for sale
one sold, two still listed
I will keep this one and just sell the other.
