HAGSTROM SWEDE 1974 FS/FT

Sign in to disble this ad
Here is a beautiful lightly real-world relic'd Hag Swede from 1974. Natural Mahogany. Swedish Medium scale Thunder! Ships with OHSC (but BEAT UP) case. Plays like a dream with 5 year old DR Sunbeams. Tone witch is finnicky but works fine.
I gigged with this dozens of times on Country and rock gigs and it just sits so thick and naturally in a mix ....but with a few Quirky basses..I find myself in need of a more standard beast..or a decent doghouse...
$800

Would consider trade (plus some extra from my side, potentially) for a US Lakland BG or JO, An Old P bass or even a decent Upright.

31" scale, 1 1/2 nut (but chunky neck), 3/4 spacing. Very easy to play. Nice low action too.

I had one of these from about '72 for a while. Fun. Thuddy!
