Ok, many of you know I just recently received a V63. I planned on keeping both the CT and the REissue,but I just can't afford to do it. The CT was purchased by me a month ago in new condition. It doesn't get any cleaner. It has tea cups, creme strap buttons and the switches were painted creme by me. Contemporary Series removed from the truss rod cover. Its a looker and a player!
I would like $600 plus shipping in the US. I am done with paypal..the fees killed me. Money orders are good though.   |

Come get it folks! I reduced the price. This is not some beat up bass. It's essentially brand new with the mods to make it more to Macca spec. No hidden damage, no scratches, just a perfect Hofner Contemporary 500/1 violin bass! |

The price on this bass can't be beat. It's in brand new condition with tea cups and painted cream switches...its flawless.
One just like this ended on ebay yesterday for $655 so I know my price is fair. Chances are whoever purchased that one, although they don't have to, will likely still paint the switches.
None of that is needed this this one. Its a player,but good enough to just hang beautifully on the wall. If I didn't need the dough, I would keep it!! |

All hardware shines like Christmas! Make no mistake, I'm losing money on this bass,but other purchases and needing a repair done to my wife's car is forcing me. Otherwise, I would love to keep it! |

Please delete! | If you really want to off-load it ... give it some time to simmer on the boards. It's a nice bass, and you only have around 650-700 views. In this "new economy" TB sales are rather slow. It took over 1400 views to sell my KZ6. Sometimes it just takes a while to find the right buyer. It seems that most basses are taking a while to sell ... the ones that sell quick are usually very underpriced.

I'm having trouble selling mine too. I've had my blue CT on here, CL, Harmony, and WB for a couple of weeks. Doesn't seem to be a very hot item for some reason. Mine is brand new, only used once and I'm asking 625 shipped. No case though. They retail with case for 769 and the cases go for 70, so I figure I'm still offering a good deal for a brand new one of only 76 made.
