For sale, a Japanese-made Ibanez Gary Willis Signature bass (GWB1). Lined fretless. I think the year is 1999.
This is a great bass. The sound, action, and build quality are amazing. And it's pretty light for a 5er. But my fretted basses are 4-strings, and I'm finding the adjustment to 5-string spacing difficult. So I'm selling this to fund the purchase of a lined fretless 4-string.

Not mint, but good condition. Original ad mentions a worn spot by the G string. It was a little dry and grey looking. I put some Murphy's on it, and now it looks nice and matches the rest of the finish. (Grain is sightly more textured, but same color and level of shininess.)
I'm offering this shipped for $1100. Or $1000 for a local sale (sf bay area). If you've researched it, you know that is a very good price. But I am more interested in a quick sale than getting top dollar.
